Temple Square is the headquarters of the Mormon Church.  Its a 45 minute drive to the Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The auditorium in the Conference Center seats 21,000.  The center was constructed with the same granite used to build the Salt Lake Temple.  Free guided tours are available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday thru Sunday.

Timpanogos Cave National Monument is a unique and colorful cave system found in the Wasatch Mountains.  Three main chambers are accessible during guided tours.  See helictites (hollowed straws of rock) and other speleothems including cave popcorn and cave drapery.  The monument is open from May through October.

Steam Train enthusiasts should not miss the Heber Valley Railroad. This historic attraction is based in Heber City, Utah.  The train follows the Provo River through some of Utahs most majestic and breathtaking scenery.

For a Jurassic adventure be sure to visit the Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum.  It is Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm.

The Museum is located at Thanksgiving Point, 20 minutes south of Salt Lake City and 20 minutes north of Provo on Interstate 15 in Central Utah. To reach Thanksgiving Point, take exit 284 off Interstate 15 and travel west to Thanksgiving Way.
