Christmas at Sundance is a beautiful time. There really is no better place to be for the holidays. The slopes are usually very busy during Christmas week, but that only adds to the festive sense of cheer. Salt Lake City, just an hour away, is beautifully decorated and hosts several different Christmas shows that might be worth going into town for, including the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas Concert and rehearsals. But the best part of Sundance at Christmas is kicking back in front of the fire with those that you love.

A quiet special old fashioned Christmas far away from the usual and ordinary. After Skiing, Snowshoeing, or Snowmobiling on 75 miles of groomed trails through the wild northern Rockies, enjoy an apéritif by a log fire in the original Owl Bar once frequented by Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
